Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
