Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vale Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
