Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield West Civic Services works with county and city offices around Fresno, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
