Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
