Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Harbor Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Fresno. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
