Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Fresno with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
