Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across El Paso. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
