Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Early Learning Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
