Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Rook Community Partners is a El Paso charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
