Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Sable Community Partners is a El Paso charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
