Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Summit Community Partners runs community programmes across El Paso, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
