Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Redstone North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around El Paso, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
