Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Haven Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
