Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
