Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in El Paso, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
