Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Ashton Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in El Paso working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
