Harborlight Hollow Care Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
