Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Detroit, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
