Harborlight Oak Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Grant reporting experience.
