Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Willow Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
