Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Loom Property Management and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
