Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Mill Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
