Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Iron Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Des Moines, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
