Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Des Moines, IA)

Fernwood Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in Des Moines with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
