Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Pine Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Des Moines, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 833 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
