Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Property Management Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 874 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
