Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Des Moines, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
