Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Harbor Civic Services supports public agencies in Des Moines with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
