Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Denver. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
