Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Forge Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
