Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Maple Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
