Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pike Property Management Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
