Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Columbus, OH)

Bright Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Columbus working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
