Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Juniper Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Columbus with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
