Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Oak Civic Services supports public agencies in Colorado Springs with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
