Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Thistle Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
