Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Hollow Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
