Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Field Learning Group is an education provider in Cincinnati serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
