Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Loom Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
