Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Chicago, IL)

Nova Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Chicago with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
