Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Vista Early Learning runs childcare centres in Chicago caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
