Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Chicago, IL)

Fernwood Yarrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Chicago, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
