Clearpath Orchard Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
