Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 811 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
