Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Nova Vista Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
