Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Chicago, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
