Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Vista Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Charlotte supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
