Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Charlotte serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
