Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bridge Arts Center Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
