Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Charlotte caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
